Imam Abdul-Azeez Onike Morufu is the Founder and Framework Director of the Onike Framework for Strategic Growth and Operational Excellence in Islamic Institutions (OSFGOE). Drawing upon expertise in Islamic finance, engineering management, organizational excellence, strategic planning, and institutional development, he developed OSFGOE as a comprehensive framework to help Islamic institutions achieve sustainable growth, operational effectiveness, ethical governance, financial resilience, and transformative societal impact.
